Beginner-friendly program for ages 7–14
Monday through Friday
1 PM – 3 PM each day
$100 per child, per week
Limited to 8 students per camp

What Kids Will Learn
Throughout the week, students will be introduced to the fundamentals of music and guitar in a fun, beginner-friendly environment.
Topics include:
Fundamentals of reading sheet music
Rhythm and timing
Melody
Harmony
Basic strumming techniques
Pitch recognition and listening skills

Robert Badillo has been playing guitar for more than 20 years and has spent years performing throughout the Rio Grande Valley.
Passionate about music education, Robert loves helping new musicians build confidence and discover the joy of playing guitar. His teaching style is patient, encouraging, and beginner-friendly, making this camp a welcoming place for kids who are picking up a guitar for the very first time.
Throughout the week, students will learn foundational music concepts and guitar skills in a supportive small-group environment where questions are encouraged and progress is celebrated.
