First Contrast Therapy Session (25 min)

This 25-minute session invites you to experience our Sunlighten Amplify III infrared sauna and Avanto cold plunge in a calm, private wellness room. Move at your own pace as you warm, cool, and reset — no prior experience required.

This session is included as part of your welcome to Casa Vibra and is meant to give you a feel for contrast therapy without pressure or overdoing it. It pairs beautifully with movement classes and offers a grounding reset during your first week in the space.

Your session includes:

• Private access to the infrared sauna

• Private access to the cold plunge

• Towel service

• Space to rest and re-center afterward

What to bring:
Please bring a swimsuit for your cold plunge. Towels are provided.

One session per person. First-time guests only.
