Open Stretch (Community Movement)

Open Stretch is a self-guided movement window — not a class.

The space is open for gentle stretching, floor movement, rest, or simply being in your body. Music will be on, mats available, and you’re welcome to move in whatever way feels supportive.

Come at any point during the time window. Leave whenever you like.

No instructor. No cues. No pressure.
