A slow, grounding yoga flow paired with calming sound to help you unwind, regulate your nervous system, and release tension from the day.

This class blends gentle, intentional movement with moments of stillness and sound to support deep relaxation and body awareness. Expect mindful transitions, longer holds, and an emphasis on breath, presence, and ease.

Perfect for winding down in the evening and reconnecting with your body in a calm, supportive environment.
