A guided blend of gentle yoga and reflective journaling designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and explore what’s present.

Each class offers a supportive structure that begins with grounding movement and transitions into guided prompts and journaling. While the series unfolds over several weeks with evolving themes, each session stands on its own — you’re welcome to join at any point.

This class is creative, reflective, and accessible. No prior yoga or journaling experience is needed, and there’s no pressure to share. Come as you are, move with curiosity, and leave feeling more connected and grounded.
