An 8-week continuation course for beginner guitar players ready to build on the fundamentals and grow more confident playing.

Led by local musician Robert Daniel Badillo, Beginner Guitar: Level 2 picks up where our introductory course leaves off, giving students the chance to strengthen their skills, learn new techniques, and get more comfortable actually playing guitar.

Who It's For

This course is ideal for students who completed Beginner Guitar: Level 1 or anyone who already has a basic understanding of chords, strumming, and guitar fundamentals.

You don't need to be an intermediate player. This is still a beginner-level course, just with some foundational experience required.

What You'll Learn

Over 8 weeks, students will work on:

• Smoother chord transitions

• New chords and chord progressions

• Stronger rhythm, timing, and strumming

• Playing through complete songs

• Playing alongside others

• Building confidence practicing independently

• Introductory lead guitar melodies

Meet Your Instructor

Robert Daniel Badillo is an RGV native with over 20 years of guitar experience. He currently performs professionally with Tejano artist Magali DeLaRosa and creates original music through his project, Mellowdrama.

Casa Vibra Members

Casa Vibra Members can attend Beginner Guitar: Level 2 as an added membership perk. An active membership must be maintained throughout the 8-week course.
