Into the Heart is a 90-minute ceremony designed to soften the nervous system, open emotional space, and gently guide you through three phases:

Return.
Release.
Receive.

We begin with ceremonial cacao — traditionally used in community gatherings for its heart-opening and mood-elevating qualities. From that softened space, you’ll be guided through intentional journaling and an immersive live sound healing journey led by Quetzal Wellness Haus.

Through vibration and resonance, sound works directly with the nervous system — encouraging relaxation, energetic recalibration, and internal alignment.

Throughout the evening, structured reflection invites you to:
• Come back to yourself
• Let go of what feels heavy
• Open space for what wants to emerge

This is not a drop-in class.
It is a guided ceremonial experience.
