This special Sunday Slowdown will be led by guest teacher Briza, a 200-hour certified yoga teacher, and will blend slow, intentional movement with guided breathwork, energy awareness, and sound healing to help you reconnect with your body and settle your nervous system.
Expect a soft opening to arrive and connect, grounding movement to build steady energy, heart-opening flow to create warmth in the body, and a calming wind-down into meditative savasana with sound bowls. The class will close with a short energetic reflection to help you move into the week feeling more aligned and supported.
